This Program is designed specifically for girls entering 5th thru 8th grade who want to start the game of volleyball (beginners) and are interested in working on their form as they prepare for middle school, high school and club volleyball seasons.
Each session will be focusing on basic volleyball skills of passing, setting and spiking. At the end of each day, girls will sweat through a 15-20 minute volleyball strength and conditioning circuit.
Through the course of 3 sessions coaches will improve athletes form through skill development along with teaching them how to be self-aware and "coachable" to instill spirit of sportsmanship and habits of great athletes. Our goal is to encourage young girls to get involved in sports and have a healthy and active lifestyle.
We will take first 14 participants, although there won't be any cancellation fees if you can't make it please let us know ahead of time so other interested students can be given the spots.
Registration Fee - $35 for 3 day camp
